I am a returned NRI applied for a New ration card with the Asst Director Civil Supplies Department St. Thomos Mount Chennai My Name is CR.Moorthy My given address is Plot No 151, 2/17 30th Street, Sri Sankar Nagar, Pammal, Chennai 600 075. Application submitted on 13th Aug by Regd Mail. No ration card was issued to date i.e 25th October
