Dear Sir,
We are using several of your split ac's intelloair at our Rabale [Navi-Mumbai] unit and have been most satisfied with LG products and service until offlate.
a) We have to make several follow-up and continuous calls to your customer care and service centres for our ac's to be serviced and after lot of pleading they come across to service our ac's inspite of all our ac's being under amc with you.
b) Our Last Complaint No.: RNA110328089749 LOGGED WITH YOU ON 28/3 wherein your technician attended on 31/3 and said they was some part failure and the same is covered under AMC. However till date we have not receivied any intimation on part arrival. We've made several calls to LG customer care as well to the attending service centre - but nobody has any response. It is extremely difficult in a cabin without the ac working and it is over 9 days now.
We are most disappointed with the LG service as on date and we would have to think twice before investing in an LG product in future. However I request you to kindly look into this complaint of ours and ensure my problem is sorted out on priority.
Your immediate action and response in the matter will be highly appreciated.
