Through this mail I would like you to extend every possible help and reply to me as I have been cheated by the HP redemptions. Their attitude has certainly mentally harassed me and shattered my faith. The matter is as under pls:-
That on dated:6-1, I purchased a Compaq Presario notebook Mode No. CQ45-207TU bearing Sr. No. CND8392JDD from Zephyr Networks, Dharmshala, Himachal Pradesh, my home town.
That under redemption scheme I registered my product on the same day & accordingly I was generated redemption code:6RR17D6KC4 which was mailed to me 7-1. In the mail it was also desired by HP to forward DD of Rs.1299, Original barcode Sticker and photocopy of original bill. The same documents were despatched to them under registered cover.
After a week when I confirmed from HP redemptions’ regarding my documents, I was informed that the product i purchased had already been registered on 30-12 (that mean before i purchased the product) by one Smt. Bhopinder [email protected]. They even told me that no online registration from me has been acknowledged by them, however i am mailing you all the relevant documents for which they are refusing time to time. Despite of several verbal requests and written correspondence no one gave me the positive reply and they are still denying having any online registration from my side. However on dated;4-3 SID No.545415 they mailed me that they have received all my claim documents.
To my surprise the confirmation of the documents submitted by me has been endorsed to Smt. Bhopinder Kaur also who neither submitted any documents nor made any correspondence with HP with regard to the claim. I have been in correspondence with HP from the date I purchased the product and registered it but they are ignoring all the facts which i have stated in my mail to them from time to time.
I made correspondence with their senior programme officer Miss. Renuka mathur [email protected] but of no use. Now I don’t know where the solution to my problem lies. Nobody is helping me and I am very much frustrated by the action of HP redemptions’. There all lot of people like me who have been the prey of HP redemptions. My every penny is hard earned and I don’t want to give up.
As a last hope I request your good self to take the matter with Hp redemptions’. I hope that you will really help me as i am in possession of that product.
Please & please help me as my case is genuine.
