Not refunding security amount

I am Rattan Puri i started emitra kiosk (no 25) on 29 july 2990 with the help of cms computers ltd-Mumbai and Cms Jaipu, But due to unfavourable condition is stoped emitra on january and i cleard my dues on feburary20 2010. till the date of 2 april i did't recived any security amount from the side of cms computers. Mr. Vikas dubey is not attending my phone, not geting any appropriate respone from cms jaipur side

1) DDNo. 404084 (SBI Vaishali in favour of MUMBAI)

2) Dues claeard by cms on Feb 20
