On 5th Nov. 08, at 7:15 pm I attemped to withdraw an amount of Rs. 9400/- Account No. 012104000108195, Customer ID 2455002, C/o CMS Securitas Ltd, 10/D/2, Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata-71, but I did not got my Money. Received only a Customer Slip, Response Code - 072, Sorry Unable to Process. On second time enquiry abvilable balance shows Rs. 48/- only. i.e. a debit of Rs. 9400/- and Rs. 20/- for Cash withdrawal.
I request you to take nacessary stapes to rectify my account balance or to pay the amount already debited from my account.
