Refunf of ticket

My daughter Shruti Dubey (half) waiting list in 3AC PNR No.210-3092215, Train No.2424, Delhi-Guwahati Rajdhani Express dated 09.06.04 C.N/B-Guwahati. She could not get berth till last movement. Ticket deposited at Guwahati Station on 11.06.04, Receipt No.091133.

1st Application Rceipt No.091133 dt. 30.06.04, by Regd. Post, acknowledgement by your office on 07.09.2004.

2nd Application sent on Feb.05. No action taken till date & no intimation given to me.

3rd time all photocopies of related documents sent but no response received. I am facing financial hardship now-a-days. Already passed more than four years & no refund has been received. Pl. intimate the detail on my above referred e-mail from where I can get my refund. My address is: A.Dubey, 567/21A, Anand Nagar, Jail Road, Lucknow.
