Hi,
I am a consumer of a Maaza. Recently, I had purchased 2 bottles of 1.2 litres of Maaza from
a local shop named 'Ram Juice Centre', located at Bhanu Nagar, Kalyan (W)-421 301, Mumbai.
Unfortunately, in one of the bottles the taste of maaza was wierd. It tastes different seems
like it is somewhat aerated, which is not unlike the normal maaza.
I went back to the shop owner but he was very not ready to accept the bottle (improper one)
back. He was not even ready to replace it. Infact he said "You have to product, do whatever
you want to."
I think it is not fair on his part to treat a customer like that. I think he should have
replaced me with another bottle. I am a great fan of Maaza but unfortunately, I will be moving to the consumer court with this.
