Ailway gate not opening refusing complaint book

Good day,

we are from melalathur, katpadi junction, signal controlled by gudiyattam station. Gate been long time closed, carelessness, sometimes we are waiting more than one hour.the gate man refusing to give the complaint book.also the phone number of gudiyattam station.false number given it is out of order.we suffering lot, school children on time they cant go to school, patient in serious condition also, they treal like slaves and carelessness. sometimes we feel we llive in island.
