Blackberry support - does it exist?

I bought a new black berry curve handheld 8810, from day one the handheld is used only for only making calls and none of the other features they claim seem to work. The biggest problem is that the mails come in and get deleted automatically in 2-3 minutes, the GPS/Maps never worked, none of the benefits they claim eem to work. When I call the BB help line on 7070 they just dont know anything how to support and what solution to give. Firstly, they ask you everytime to give my name, phone number and billing address, when I am calling from my mobile why is it being asked again? Don't they have it on record? with this they waste about 5 minutes of time and then for every question you ask they put you on hold for 2-3 minutes, their language is sad... the impression what a consumer has on black berry is not what one gets after buying the handset.

Now, they took my hanset for repaire 15 days back and they don't even know when they are giving it back, everytime the they just say I have to wait!! They really suck. Nothing can beat NOKIA.
