COMMISSIONER, EPF, BAREILLY U.P
NON RECIEPT OF PENSION

I am the retiered employee of U.P.S.R.T.C. my Pension order no. 1208 since January I am not getting pension I have submitted the life certificate in December. through ordinery post in the office of Commissioner, E.P.F., Bareilly. but due to the non reciept of my pension I again submit another copy of my life certificate through registered post dated on 30-06-09. at the above given address. But till now I am not getting my pension.

Sir I am patient of paralysis I can't move without any help due to this reason I can't come to bareilly in this regard I phoned also at 05812510397. But there is no satisfactory response.

Sir Kinndly release my Pension as well as my arrear since January.
