Compact International/Polaroid camcorder
REFUND REQUEST NOT PROCESSED

I Muralidhara Rao. P working with Reliance comm at Tamil nadu has purchased a Polaroid camcorder on-line using my SBI credit card.after two months the product was delivered to me. However i have sent back the product that i have received from the concern firm. Now when i have personally called up Mr. Shiraz Kotwal who is a GM of this firm he has committed the refund would happen in weeks time, it is already more than a month that i have not received any refund against the same.whenever i call at help line or on GM's direct number some employee picks up the phone and say that he is not available.

Kindly need your justification in this regard,
