Compaq 6530s
TFT, Charger point loose, Touch paid

Dear sir,

I am Ranjit Senapati from Bhadrak in Orissa.

I have purchase the laptop on 13-04. After 4 months i got problem in my TFT, charger point & touch paid.

Laptop Details:- Model no-Compaq 6530s

Serial no- CNU90853B4

P/n: NV944PA#ACJ

Problem Details:-

1. There are some lines in my TFT .

2. It's charger point is loose.

3.My touch paid is not working properly.

I have gone to the service center (Lalani) at 61, Janpath BBSR.

But they are not responding to my problem since one month.

Sir i Kindly request you do proper inspection & please try to solve my problems.
