Delay in delivery of big compaq offe

Sir,

i purchase compaq laptop CQ45-145 TU, CND83618MJ on dated 12 jan.

but i could not receive the offer (home theatre) with it till today.i have also sent a DD of rs 1499 to required destination.

please tell me the reason of delay in delivery.
