Regarding quality of LCD

Mr. CRM,

This painstking male is from on of your unfortunate customer who bought compaq notebook of serial no. CNF 73228JT warranty till 26th october.

I was unaware on the day that my investment in your product will not reap me the worth that was mentioned in your product brochure. I would like to narrate you the gamut of episodes in couple of sentences, in 10 months after my purchase of notebook i came to know that my LCD screen was fragile, I immediately contacted service centre and the replaced it withe new one but the new one which was worser in quality than the first one is stoped working in 3 months. I again contacted to the service centre (as i have no choice) they are now saying that it cost around Rs. 14000 to replace it (because of warranty period one year was over)

I doubt credibility of your service centre and in fact quality of your products. I am demanding explanation regarding the quality of product offered me as i invested in it and please notified me whether i am going to gate the original quality product.

I am going to sue you in consumer court if i don't get the reply in a fort night.
