I have purchased a compaq presario notebook in the month of sept. I had received an offer of getting a Gift Name - Backpack & Creative MP3 Player at the expense of Rs. 999 I was told that i would receive the gift within 45 days of receipt of the DD. But to my utter disgust its been more than 70 days but now before 10 days i got a mail that my gift has been dispatched by them and if u dont recieve your gift within 7 days contact us but after 10 days of dispatch i havent received my gift i tried to contact redemption cell but all vain till now i havent received any correspondence from HP neither i have received my gift. I tried calling up the redemption cell but their phone lines are always busy and the voicemailbox is always full...
