Gift Redemption
We had purchased Compaq Presario Laptop for my son Prateek KR who is a student and were promised a gift of Motorola smart phone. The purchase was made in June’09 from Sycom Technologies, Banashankari. We had sent DD for Rs 3999 to Innovative Incentives & Event Pvt. Ltd in June’2009.
We were also promised that the gift would reach us within a maximum time of 1 month or so. Over Three months have elapsed, but there has been no communication of the same from your end. We had followed up with the customer care Exec but did not get any response.
