As per Redemption Support - Self Care mail myclaim has been approved on 15-Jul-09 Vide file number 118290 mail received on dated 17th August (Monday).
And gift should have been reached to me with in 10 days. But till now i have not received any gift from your side. In this respect I have check status of myclaim on redemption support website but unable to get proper response. You are requested to please respond as soon as possible that when I am going to get my gift claim of MOTO ROKR E8 .& please update me with related to my offer.
Please note, there is no courier delivery facility to the address we have mentioned in our address format. So please make sure that the delivery must be sent thourgh indian postal service. Other wise please inform us or send my gift claim for an alternative address there courier facility is available.
