Not received my gift

I have purchased a laptop CQ40-421 TU on 28/07. You said that you will send a MOTOROKR e8 MOBILE if we send a DD of Rs.5499, so we have done that aprox. three and half month ago. But there is no response from your bangalore center. so, plz mail me as soon as possible and what happened to that gift.
