Non-reciept of Gift offered by company

Sir,

i purchased compaq laptop model CQ40-330TU on 18th may on which there was an offer of moto q8 mobile on receipt of required documents and dd of Rs. 3999. i send all the documents with dd on 22th may and it was received in ur office on 25th may as per courier detail. but till date i could not recieve my gift offer while company asked for 6 weeks. please go thru the matter and send my gift as soon as possible.
