Compaq Presario V6608 AU Notebook PC
Reg unavailability of device drivers for Windows XP

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to lodge a complaint on Compaq Manufacturers regarding the unavailability of device drivers for Compaq Presario V6608AU Notebook PC.

I bought this Notebook 2 years back and looking at the specifications, I have downgraded to Windows XP as it initially came with Windows Vista Operating System. The Notebook is compatible to Windows XP and now, when I downgraded the OS to Windows XP, I'm unable to find the drivers for the Bluetooth and inbuilt ethernet port.

It is very difficult for me to get connected to Internet as I am not having the compatible drivers for the ethernet port of Notebook PC.

Even, the original drivers are not available in the HP.COM to download.

Hence, I request you to look into this issue and do the needful, so that the other customers would know about the model and do the appropriate.
