DEAR SIR / MA'AM

I BOUGHT A COMPAQ LAPTOP MODEL NO V3239TU ON 07/06 FROM YOUR COMPANY AUTHORISED DEALER SUPERDOT COMPUTERS, COOL ROAD, JALANDHAR (01812226816) HAVING INVOICE NO 0361. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE DEALER TOLD ME ABOUT ME FREE GIFT AND CHARGE 350 RS EXTRA AND TOLFD ME THAT I WILL GET THE GIFT WITH IN THREE MONTHS FROM THE COMPANY. BUT I AM NOT GEETING THE GIFT TILL NOW . NOW HE TOLD THAT HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREE GIFT OF THE COMPANY. I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT WHEATHER IT IS COMPANY'S FAULT OR ITS A DEALER FAULT.OR PLEASE INSIST ME WHAT NECESSARY ACTION I WILL TAKE AGAINST THE DEALER SO THAT HA CAN'T CHEAT ANYONE OTHER OR TAKE SOME NECESSARY STEPS TO AVAOID THESE TYPES OF PROBLEMS BECAUSE IT DELUTED THE BRAND STATUS OF UR COMPANY.
