My P.F. claim (EPF NO. DL/23459/536) to Employees Provident Fund Organization, Regional Office, Delhi (South) Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, 28, Community Center, Wazirpur Industrial Area, was lodged by Compare Infobase Ltd. C-62 Community Center, Janak Puri, New Delhi vide their letter dated 03.06.2009 but till date (14.07-09) it has yet not been remitted to my Bank A/c.

Please look into the matter and arrange to afford credit my due amount in my account.

Please treat the matter as most urgent.
