Provident fund complain

Respected Sir,

I am a ex employee of Compare Infobase Ltd from Graphics department of Kolkata knowledge center. I left compare infobase on 10th April.

On 3rd May i have send my pf form to Delhi for further official work to collect my Provident Fund. My Provident Fund A/C no is DL23459/00490. But after that i got no response from theirr end. I have send you emails for several times but i got no response.

I will be great full to you if you kindly lookafter this matter.
