Sir,
I have paid 1000 Rs to GSPC Gas Comp Ltd Rajkot on date 27.03.2009. My Application Form no is 0140030 and my receipt no: Plan-E/08-09/61681. So only Pipeline fitting done in the month of NOV-DEC by GSPC contractor. There are make many holes for internal pipeline fitting but GSPC contractor not comes for repairing that. Also they are not comes for colure the pipeline. They are not fitting the meter also. Total pipeline length is approx 31 meter as per my record but 34 meter as per contractor records [ this information given by contractor verbally to me].
So I have given application about above complain to GSPC Gas Comp. Ltd Rajkot on Date 06.04.2010. They give me commitment to solve above problem before 23.04.10 but there is no any results about my complain. I went personally, in Rajkot Office but reply of that madam sitting there is never satisfactory, and the phone no. 0281-6190500 comes always busy throughout the day.
After one year, Inspite of several reminders regarding non-commissioning of gas pipeline connection near my house which my neighbours who are just 60 mtrs away already started enjoying such type of connection, I am not getting positive reply from this company.
Why so much delay when in my area and near my street, the connection has been started.
Now it is almost 1 yr. People who have paid money after me also got installation.
Please guide me for further action.
