I purchased Eureka Forbes some where in July'09. Till now, I haven't received my original invoice, which they promised that we will get rebate in INcome Tax. But without original bill with me, how I can claim. I have contacted many times the person who sold to me and also many times the local office, but all went in vain. Even, I wrote many mails and sent thru my grievance thru feedback available on the internet, but no response. Nobody in the company takes responsibility nor try to resolve the problem.
Dont purchase their products since there are responsive and no help will be done, if problem comes.
