Detail complain history
The above bus entered in Pune at Nigadi – Bhakti Shakti Chouk. Bus taken stop at Nigadi on Grade Separator Way. Four five passengers were who wants to Chinchwad Stop which is exactly before Police Station Chinchwad Station. But this bus never run through service road and stop taken on Grade Separator Road. Will have to walk long distance to go to Chinchwadgaon Local Bus Stop. Why these driver and conductor not following the rules to get stop which is appointed by State Transport. There is bust stop Board before Police Station Chichwad Station. I have tried to understand this is very wrong. I was not ready to leave the bus on this Grade Separator Road. Mr. Conductor was telling to Driver to get reverse and will go through service road. He was telling hence forth he will not take passengers of Pune – Nigadi- Chichwad. Please let us know whether there is such rule? If there is not stop of Chinchwad for this bus then how Mr. Conductor issued me above ticket? It seems that he was wrong.
I went to Vallabhnager Bus Station, Pimpri by same bus. Gone to controller cabin and asked to the controller Madam, to take complains against above bus. Second minute Madam asked me to come in cabin. She told me the complain register in under lock. And she gave me suggestion Register. I was asking complain register. The Mr. Driver of the bus come in cabin asking and requesting to do not give complains. His all service will record will be bad record. I was still stand to give complain. Till many drivers and conductors entered in cabin and giving pressure on me not to give complain. Some of the conductor asked to ring to police and telling me you are doing disturbance in Govt. work. I was not told to the Mr. Driver & Conductor to stop the bus till giving complains.
Any how till the time passengers of this bus entered in cabin also giving me pressure not to do complain. And finally they successes to not writing complain. Mr. Conductor of the bus also telling me he has much relation in Police and he was ready to ring.
Please let us know such behavior from your whole staff at Vallabnagar was correct? One of the controllers on telephone telling me he will give warning to Conductor and Driver. But was asking me not to give complain.
But Sir, during last so many months such type of behavior looking frequently by the State Transport Bus Driver and Conductor are doing with me and public. No body giving such complains. There was board at Nigadi entrance to Grade Separator Road, All Public Transport buses not to go through Grade Separator Road. They should follow service road. But now bus drivers are enjoying giving trouble to the passenger like me.
Request you to take this a complain against the above bus Driver and Conductor and give such as punishment to them they may not behave like this. Pl inform me also.
Sir, I am out of State Transport Bus passengers. We never use any other private transport available on same road. I am in much favor to State Transport Buses. But we are giving such a grievance to you. I expect you are taking remedial action again above to Drivers and Conductors. And make rule not to enter in Grade Separator Road. There are many chances to occur accidents on such a road and may cause of many deaths.
