Complain board
Are you providing any solution to any complain or just displaying in the complain board?

1. I have not received any solution to my complains forwarded to complain board so far.

2. How can you assure that you've resolved the issue without informing the same to informer?

3. Lot of allegations are projected to you but but many of those have you solved? How can you proof that?

4. Do you reconcile any problem promptly with your online protocol? How can you assure it?

5. How much you are implementing your online protocol opinions?
