I wrote this letter to NDPL customer care department.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your kind notice that your consumer care department (tel.no.66111912) is very irresponsible department and not taking care of consumer's complaints and requests. Since, I applied for new ndpl connection in september in my wife name (Ms. Anju Rani) and your deparment took my request and given me request number and also told me that after few days a demand note will be generated and we will inform you through message (sms) about demand note and payment. After few days of making request, I have not received any message or call from your department regarding demand note and payment. I have gone through your NDPL website and find out that my demand note has already generated. I called up your customer care department immediately and informed your deparment that my demand notice already generated but you din't message me then your department told me that they have sent message. I told your department that if I do not call you then how can I know about my demand note? They did not answer my question? Without giving any information to the consumer, your department's officer comes at consumer home for verification and if he/she is available at home they cancel consumer request. What is this sir? Is this type of work of your customer care department?

Hence, recently I made a request to your deparment regarding fast running of meter (C.A. no.60013943836), the same words your department repeated that they will inform us through message but this time is also they did not message me and I called up your department so they told me that my demand note has already generated and you go to your regional office and deposte rs.50/-. I told your department that why you did not message to the customer about their demand note, they again told me that they will send message so I told them when will you send message? If I do not make a call to you, then i could not know about my demand notice. How could I know about my request status, demand note and payment details, they have no answer of my question.

Sir, so many customer are facing these types of problem with your customer care department. They are not taking care of customer's problem. Your customer care department is very lazy and irresponsible. Therefore, I humbly request you please take necessay, strict and needful action on this matter as soon as possible and also inform me.
