Misbehave of haryana police and doing challans forcibly if not bribed

Dear Sir

I would like to bring into knowledge of all.

I was travelling to chandigarh from Kalka along with my family in ALTO car

Along with me in front seat CHRISTIAN PASTER was travelling. When we enter old panchkula lights we are unable to see the lights as any bigger vehicle comes in front and entry towards chandigarh is only about 12 seconds and then light stops.

I was not able to see the lights as there was Haryana Roadways bus in front of me.

I signed towards the Traffic police cop standing, he didnt respond and when i started moving the lights turned red. I was in middle of the road.

I was immediately stopped by Cop and he started abusing me and staright forward said either u give money or get challaned.

I was taken to ASI and they both started speaking abusive language and Traffic police cop named Khan forcibly mishandled paster who just requested him to leave us.

I was challaned and had to waste my time in submitting challan.

ANYBODY HELP ME IS THERE ANYFORUM TO COMPLAINT ABOUT HALF HEADED COPS WHO JUST WANT TO HARRAS PEOPLE AND MAKE MONEY.
