I want not just to write complaints here and find no action and feedback sent to me first of all.
I am writing the issue I have and request proper actions to be taken.
On Mankhurd long road which is the road to which opens to Eastern Express highway. On the right side goes Ghatkopar and all and the left side goes to Sion-Bandra and all.
There many rickshaw drivers stand but then generally refuse to take passengers to near by location or where they find traffic in office going peak hour time.
I really wish that the authorities should do something for this as as per my knowledge the rickshaw fellow shouldn`t say NO to a customer when he is on his duty wether it be a nearby destination or a faraway destination.
I get down at that signal to take rickshaw to Vikhroli (w) but they refuse maximum times. They would prefer going to Vikhroli East. From, there also they get around 40 rs to reach the place I want still they prefer standing there. Not a single rickshaw driver will agree to go and then I have to wait in Sun for 10 min to find a new rickshaw after checking with all passing by rickshaws.
Its not just me, today I saw 3 kids standing more than 10 min in Sun still no rickshaw driver took them to their desired destination. Can't they be a human atleast to kids.
This is not just done, they shouldn't say NO to customer be it 10rs destination., 40rs or 100rs.
I am giving just one rickshaw puller no: MH03V5312 and need necessary action to be taken not just in that corner of teh city but in entire city. This is not first time and not the only place where they denies. Its everywhere here.
I hope, this just not be a complaint site rather an actioanable site for the purpose.
