Auto drivers denying to take passengers

Dear Sir,

We are facing problem while coming home from our office.

We used to get an auto from station to manpada road by sharing, but nowadays the auto wallas are not ready to take passengers because of traffic.

Many passengers have to go by walk which make them tired, the fare has been increased but still we are ready to give them, but after asking so many of them, they are not ready to take passengers.

It takes almost an hour and we wait for the autos, they drive auto empty but not ready to take any passengers. Even this is known to traffic polices but no action has been taken yet.

Requesting to please take some action against this.
