Refund is not made since May

Regarding purchase of Computer through Bajaj Auto finance limited, I have paid all the EMI without any delays.

Please find the details given below -

Date 09/04

Invoice no : 446

Prop No : 400G8777 and Refund amount - Rs.3299/- (Three thousand two hundred and ninty nine only.

Now, since three months I am following with Bajaj Auto finance limited, Hyderabad and trying daily the given landline numbers 040 -27006430, 040 -27006401, 040 -27006403 . No responce from them so far.

Iam very sorry to say this, not even single call picked whenever I call on the above numbers.

Whenever the due date comes, they exactly informing us though SMS, but when we come for refund you people are not responding at all.

Please let me who will be right person to help in this regard.
