Breach of contract

I have purchased one computer 4 months back from Mr. Tapas Laha with Vat bill and also for one year AMC with AMC agreement. The amount was fully paid but whenever I call him he avoids to attend and lastly he took the CPU to his workshop for details checking 15 days back but neither he repairs the same nor attending my phone call for positive reply.

I would seek your kind intervention and request you to do the needful.
