I have taken a computer loan Proposal No. 42147556 and it was 24 month EMI each EMI Rs. 1, 709.00. Also I have deposited as Security Deposit Rs. 5, 235.00 (S.D.R. No.37394 / 2005). Now I have completed 21 EMI's and because of recession I have suffered with my Job and I asked the executive who followed me, could you please make arrangement the Security Deposit as balance 3 EMI's that Rs.5127/-. And he confirmed me speak to head will let you know. After a month one executive called me and he confirmed we can take your security deposit as balance 3 EMI's very soon we will let you know the details. Two months passed nobody will call me and I received SMS message from the number 09212559197 that was "An amount of Rs.5127 is overdue in your loan a/c no.421047556. Pay the same charges urgently and avoid legal action." I was really shocked and after receiving the SMS I was tried to contact many time to the executives who followed me regularly but it was ringing no response. Now I really need a help from your side to take that security deposit as balance EMI's.
Please let me know what can I do?
