Non Payment of my salary dues

I was a employee of Comunet Systems, 3 Suren Tagore Road, Kolkata-29, West Bengal from 2006 Feb. On june 16 I resigned and working for a multinational company. But till date the company has failed to clear my dues (salary others) amounting Rs. 32250. I have mailed and spoke to them lots of time, but they are not taking any interest. How can i get my dues cleared?
