I am an good payee customer of all the phone companies
They send me an Bill with wrong charges, so many times I complained of the issue to all the small to senior officials. I asked that I don't want to continue with Connect if they will not sort out the problem.
They are fond of Charging excess money
Instead of correcting the account they send me an heavy bill with fine & late charges & disconnected my connection without any prior intimation,
They forcefully called me & said so many bad things.
After so many days I received an call from somebody Mr. Dharmender from No. 09953727698 stating him as "Uch Kaarvaii Adhikkari from Delhi High Court" his behaviour was telling me that they have send so many notices & summons to me, but i have not responded to them & I have refused to receive their notices.
But till date I have not received any notice from their side, when I asked him to provide me the details of the notices along with postage details. Then he said me that he was sitting with DCP In Chandigarh & getting prepared the permission letter to pick me under this case. I was mentally stressed & was in shock
Then contacted the Mr. Rajeev Sharma from Connect office Ludhiana told me that he was the assissatant of their advocate who was using such abusive language. On phone he mentally torchered me & other family members.
They are not offenders of torchering me they should be booked under section 420 for misusing the name of Honourable Delhi High Court & DCP Police Mr. Rajeev
This is the way how they people are mentally harrassing their valuable customers
