Non Delivery after more than two months

I have earlier also complained that although the tracking service shows that my courrier has been delivered on 6th september but infact till date I have not received, please enquire t if delivered who has received?

I am regularly getting courriers throgh First Flight except the above mentioned Consighnment.

Please expedite. My earlier complaint has not yielded.
