Phone is dead from last 20 days

HI, my name is ratnesh kanwar, my phone is dead from last 20 days, and i have done 2 complaints (complaint numbers are:- 1001371622 and 1001406896), and my phone is still dead. my residential address is :- bhati house, jagdish vihar colony, jagatpura, jaupur. If you can send someone to repair it, it would be great.
