Customer care Not Proper give required information

Dear Sir /Madam

I am last one year old customer of Airtel prepaired Mobile. I have complaint @ Text base survices on my mobile 9892969467, every day i received 4-5 sms from 64611001 this number and every time there deduct one ruppes. i want to stop this service . but not proper answer get from customer care.please do needful.. I am suffering from last one month can i get solution from yourself.
