Consultant immigration Complaint
Not giving canada file reference

Hi i want to make a complaint about my consultant. Three year ago he made a application to Canada for me. He took money from me. Last three year he not giving me any reference number. When i ask him to give me file reference number then he always ask me to wait. Now i find out he don’t have licence to run his consultant. Please help me
