i have applied for a passport in oct and my file no. is Z361982. But due to wrong entry in the police verification i did not get it. So they told me to reapply for the during the last oct. Now my passport verification was over in the police station and they have despatched it before three months. Still i did not get any information or passport. I want to know where to complaint for this again.
