Non delivery even after 10 days

Dear Sir,

Was trying to get in touch with Mr. Vasant of Bycull a office and Mr. Hemant K.Singh at mob no. 9820302021 but were not successful. Sejal Enterprises - HP Gas dealer in Nerul has been unable to supply the replacement of the cylinder of a refill and we had mad a decent request that since none of us will be at home, do co-ordinate the delivery after 4.30 p.m. but the approach at Sejal Enterprises with Ms. Manisha and Mr. Anand who bluntly say that cylinders are not available with them for the later part of the day and they are not fully equipped to handle the later part of the day.

They clearly inform us that we willnot be able to service you and you can compalin t anybody.

such an approach is very dangerous to your organisation and very well do not need ythe services of such a dealer who cannot take care of your customers.
