Provident Fund not released

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of kurukshetra and had worked for Convergys India services, Atria Building from dec 05 to Feb 08, I had to leave the job due to a family emergency and was not able to serve the company with a notice period. My emp Id in the company was 210027715, Now what happened is that the company is not giving me any way to get my PF clearence. I m in deep trouble as i m in need of money. Please help me to get my PF.
