Conversion of CDMA to GSM

Dear Sir/Maam,

I am Sushanta Kumar Mishra and I have submitted the required documents regarding convert CDMA to GSM number (9310415664) on 8th July.

But still it is not working. No network on GSM mobile. Its too late and please solve this query asap.
