Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am cutomer of Indian Gas, my gas agency name is Paragya Gas Agecy, Near Shahnoor Miyan Dargah, Shahnoorwadi, Aurangbabad (MS). Phone 0240 2321739 and 2354742.

I always suffered for following from agency :

1. For booking and asking status of delivery on telephone is very difficult, not attending phones.

2. Not getting date of delivery at the time of booking.

3. Very difficult to get the sylenders at home, minimum 50 times reminder is must.

Pl help me to sort out this problems.
