Delay in delivery along with paying no heed to repeated requests

My name is abhishek roy C/O OF DR SN ROY resident of M 43 kururia danga durgapur 713203 west bengal i have booked my lpg gas in abhaya gas service a subsidiary of indane almost 15 to 16 days back but after repeated requests there is no response my current cylinder has been running for about and one half a month we are going through a pathetic condition please do something about this as we are exhausted in our efforts
