I had booked a cylinder on 10-10 through online booking. IVRS informed me that my booking No. is 7. Till today (16-10) I haven't received the cylinder. The Rashmi Gas Agency staff tells me that there is no booking registered for my consumer number. This is the second time I am experiencing the probelm for booking through online. This system if works properly is really useful and very convenient for consumers to book the refills as the telephone lines of the gas agency is always busy. May I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and make online booking effectively working?
