Ooking of gas for domestic use

I am indane gas customer at MS rashmirathi S.K.3, devi martket, K-sector, kankarbagh, patna, bihar. my consumer no. is UT 9690.

i have been trying to book for cooking gas for three days there is none to receive the call (phone no. 2353545, 2362504) between working hours i get engaged tone (or is intentionaly kept engaged) and after or before that no one receives the call.this is not the first time previously also i had faced such problem.

if you really care for your CUSTOMERS please peep into the complain.
