With reference to the given facility of yours, I am submiting my complaint for Imperial Gas Agency (cycle market Lal Imli chauraha KANPUR). I always get delay sevice from there. This very wrong and unbearable. Kindly let me know that is there any regulation that as i went after 30 days (i.e. on 03.07.2008) with coupon, and i was told to come after 21 days, i.e (23.07.2008) when i will reach on 23.07. they will again give me a delivery slip of 25.07.2008 to get my gas from godown. When I will reach Godown to have my Cylender, they will tell me to come after 02 days i.e. (on 27.07.2008). You must be thinking that how i am telling all these things in advance, but kindly have faith on me that bear all these things every month. Now I am not having any evidence of my complaint, next time i will be at you will all the prooves collected. consumers. If possible kindly let me know if there is any customer care contact no., becoz i want to tell many things about agency, which could not be described by writting.
