Non delivery of cooking gas cylinde

I booked gas for home delivery on 16 Feb but till today (21 Feb) the distributor has not delivered the same. Whenever I make phone call to their representative (some Mr. Anil), says tomorrow it must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of undutiful service.
